Here’s an article from Boing Boing about a project offering a DIY kit to make your own fertilizer from urine. I don’t think I’m ready for that.

Also, I found this very interesting blog post that presents a way of making your own pots from old newspapers. I will certainly get me one of these wooden pot makers. The idea is just so brilliant.
